Quick load entry

Built for speed: set the lane and pay once, then add one or multiple containers with their own appointment times.

Saving here does not notify drivers. Every load stays in draft until FMC reviews it.

Fuel surcharge

Required for a fast draft: terminal, delivery city, base pay, and container number. Appointment can be left blank when there is no fixed appointment.

Containers & appointment times

Each row becomes its own FMC load with its own secure offer link later.

These rows share the terminal, destination and pay above. If the lane or pay changes, start a new batch.

Optional details & overrides

Most of these can come from the saved company profile, so they should only need attention when this batch is different.
